What is Not Included in the Guarantee
Delivery delays caused due to customer unavailability, incorrect billing address, incomplete shipping address, or wrong contact number are not covered under the delivery guarantee.
If the courier partner reaches the shipping address within five business days and the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related issues, Vaidyayurveda will not be responsible for the delay.
Please note that courier companies may or may not contact the customer before attempting delivery. This is beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for all orders above ₹600.
For orders below ₹600, a nominal shipping fee of ₹110 will be charged.
We are partnered with leading courier service providers across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.

By placing an order on our website, you agree and confirm the following:
- In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect name, address, phone number, or any other wrong information provided by the customer, any extra cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
