Goods once purchased will not be returned or refunded unless they are past their expiration date or expiring within 15 days post-purchase.
In such cases, we will collect the returned product and issue a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned product. The credited amount will be added to your account on the website and can be used for future purchases.
